How we do implementation

Analysis (Discovery and Planning):
This is the groundwork phase. Here, you’ll document your current workflows, identify improvement areas, and define the functionalities you need from D365 F&O. This includes selecting the most suitable modules, outlining the project scope, and assessing if D365 F&O aligns with your requirements. A detailed project plan with timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies is also created here.
Design
In this phase, you’ll blueprint how D365 F&O will function for your business. This involves defining data structure, mapping existing workflows to the system’s functionalities with potential customizations for efficiency, and setting up security measures. Integration plans with other systems and the design of reports and dashboards for capturing key business insights are also established here.


Development:
Now it’s time to bring the design to life. The system is configured based on the design specifications. Any custom functionalities or integrations not available in the standard system are developed here. If you’re upgrading from a previous system, the data migration strategy is also planned in this phase. Finally, the configured system undergoes internal testing to ensure it functions as designed.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
This phase focuses on ensuring user comfort with the new system. Users receive training and then test the system themselves to identify usability issues or functionalities that fall short of their needs. The development team addresses any bugs or functionality gaps discovered during this testing phase.


Deployment:
Here, the configured system is launched! The D365 F&O system is deployed to the production environment, making it accessible to authorized users. If you’re upgrading, data migration from the old system to D365 F&O occurs in this phase. The focus is on ensuring a smooth cutover to the new system and providing ongoing support to users during this initial phase.
Go-Live Support:
This is an ongoing phase that ensures the system’s continued success. Activities include reviewing the implementation’s effectiveness, providing technical support to users, fine-tuning the system for optimal performance, and supporting users as they adapt to the new workflows.
